Summary: The room was spotless and very comfortable. However the light switches were very difficult to understand. Instructions needed. The single face cloth was removed but not replaced. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. Particularly the gentleman who greeted us at breakfast and the lady on the concierge desk.

Summary: From the moment we arrived, the experience at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin was exceptional. Great check-in experience, amazing room etc. The concierge was helpful with dinner recommendations/reservations and my wife enjoyed her visit to the spa. Also, this hotel is very conveniently located next to the subway, so getting around Berlin is super easy from here. Would not hesitate to stay again.
